Stretch & Strength Gentle Exercise
"Stretch & Strength" is a low/no impact gentle exercise and stretch class
open to all fitness levels and abilities.

This program is geared for adults, but ages 12+ are welcome.
Please bring your own towel and mat or call ahead to have one provided by the library.
