The North Douglas Library District provides limited-use electronic devices to our community to further its goals of improving accessibility of materials to all patrons, connecting our community members to information, and providing free and convenient access to informational, cultural, educational, and recreational materials.

Currently, the Mildred Whipple Library offers 12 Kindle e-readers and 6 laptops
for checkout to in-district card members.

Before checking out an electronic device, please read both the Electronic Device Use Policy and the Electronic Device Agreement Form. These documents fully outline the requirements, responsibilities, and financial liabilities for patrons wishing to checkout an electronic device. These documents are subject to change with community feedback and further NDLD Board revision.
